I’m Mike.  I live in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and I’m a food dork.   I cook, I eat, I go out, I explore.  All throughout the world, but now based in Sharjah, which is next to Dubai.  With Dubai so close, the combination of having a very unique local culture in Sharjah and a very unworldly locale like Dubai is extraordinary for a food dork like myself.
